To which countries can I order from the online shop?

Orders from the TOPBRIGHT online shop are currently only delivered to Germany. Unfortunately, delivery to other countries is currently not possible. In order to be able to order from the TOPBRIGHT Online Shop, the billing address and the delivery address must be in the same country.

Is there a minimum order value?

The minimum order value is 10 €. The shipping costs do not count towards the minimum order value.

How old do I have to be to buy products in the TOPBRIGHT online shop?

You must be at least 18 years old at the time of ordering in the TOPBRIGHT online shop.

Do I need a customer account to place an order in the TOPBRIGHT online shop?

No, a TOPBRIGHT customer account is not mandatory. You can also order as a guest without registering. However, if you create a customer account, you will enjoy many advantages, e.g. you can track the status of your order there at any time

I would like to buy a larger quantity; how should I proceed?

If you are a retailer, organisation or company and would like to purchase a larger quantity of products, please contact orders@topbrighttoys.de at any time or use our contact form.

Which shipping partner do you work with?

We ship our packages to Germany with DHL.

What are the shipping costs?

From a purchase value of 20,00 € the shipping to Germany is free of charge. For orders under 20,00 € we charge a shipping fee of 4,90 €.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We currently expect delivery times of 3-4 working days for deliveries to Germany.
We always do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Express deliveries are not possible at the moment.

Can the delivery address be different from the billing address?

Yes, that's no problem, of course we also ship to packing stations or post offices. Please note, however, that the delivery address must be in the same country as the billing address.

Can I send a product as a gift straight to the recipient?

Of course, you can also give our products as gifts to friends or family. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a gift wrapping service.

Can I send my order to post offices and packing stations?

Yes, that's no problem, just enter the information accordingly in the delivery address.

Where can I see the status of my order?

You can see the status of your order in your customer account. As soon as the package has been handed over to DHL, you can track your delivery using the "Tracking" function in your customer account.

How can I pay for my purchase in the TOPBRIGHT online shop?

We currently offer the following payment options: Klarna, PayPal, AmazonPay, ApplePay, GooglePay, Sofortüberweisung and credit card.

When will the invoice amount be debited?

If payment is made by credit card, the amount is immediately reserved with your credit card provider. Your credit card will be charged within 7 days after the goods have been shipped. The amount will then be charged according to your billing cycle with your credit card provider.

How and via which payment method are returns refunded?

For legal reasons, returns will only be credited via the payment method you used when placing your order.

How can I redeem a voucher or voucher code in the TOPBRIGHT online shop?

You can enter the voucher during the order process under payment. Please make sure that the voucher value has been deducted before completing your order. A subsequent crediting of the voucher is unfortunately not possible.

Can I redeem several vouchers for one order?

Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order. This can be combined with gift vouchers.

Can I return an order to TOPBRIGHT?

Within 14 days you can cancel your order and return products that you have already received. You can find more information about the right of return and the further procedure in our general terms and conditions. 

I have returned products. What happens to my money?

If you return products to TOPBRIGHT within the legal return period, the purchase value will usually be credited to you within 14 days via the payment method you used for the order. In any case, you will receive an e-mail confirming the credit.
Due to the current situation, longer processing times are to be expected for returns. We ask for your understanding and will do our best to get your money back as soon as possible.

My product is defective, what do I do with it?

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, please contact our customer service via our contact form and we will find a solution for you as soon as possible. Please do not send your returns or complaints back to us unsolicited.

What if I no longer have the return slip?

If you no longer have the return slip or the return label at hand, please contact our customer service via our contact form.

What guarantees does TOPBRIGHT offer on the products?
